| Protective Profile Parts |
TCP offers profile cut foam parts that are ideal for protective packaging or display packaging for your pharmaceutical, HBA, electronics or other product type.
TCP will design and manufacture the profile parts using expanded polystyrene (EPS), polyethylene (PE), or polyurethane (PU).
Such shapes such as vial holders, tube holders, or other irregular shapes can be provided using our "no tooling protective packaging" process.

| Flexible Padding |
| Holofoam - made from 1/8" thick polyethylene foam. Holofoam can be provided in specified lengths (16" max to 4" min) or in coil form. Coil are 125' long and packed in a 21" x 21" x 21" box and shipped via UPS. Individual pieces are packed in a 48" x 21" x 42" box.

| Bubble Wrap |
TCP Reliable can provide rolls of bubble wrap to be used as dunnage inside your insulated shipping container or can be used as a protective wrap for any of your packaging needs.
Bubble wrap is offered in 2 cell sizes:
3/16" cell or 1/2" cell configurations
The bubble wrap comes in either 250' or 500' rolls and is perforated on specified lengths and widths (see below). For other sizes not listed, contact us at 732-346-9200.
